1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination:

Standard Courier Shipping (3–7 Business Days):

Flat rate starting at $7.99 for single items/lighter orders.

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $40.00 and up (automatically applied at checkout)!

Priority Express Shipping (2–5 Business Days):

Calculated upgrade option available at checkout starting at $24.99 for faster delivery.

3. Meltable Items Notice

During warmer months or when shipping to warm-weather destinations, perishable or chocolate items may be at risk of melting. While we package orders carefully, Candy Outpost is not responsible for weather-related melting during transit.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's delivery progress in real time.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
